Trong trường hợp giám sát viên của Bên B nhận thấy việc thi công hay biện pháp thi công hoặc đưa vào sử dụng các loại nguyên vật liệu, cấu kiện, bán thành phẩm dẫn đến hậu quả không đạt chất lượng thì Bên B phải thông báo cho Bên A biết và cùng thống nhất biện pháp xử lý.
