Đơn vị cung cấp lao động công nhật phải đảm bảo lý lịch tư pháp của người lao động trong sạch và chịu trách nhiệm với những hậu quả do hành vi sai trái của lao động công nhật gây ra tại cơ sở (nếu có). Khi kết thúc hợp đồng thuê lao động công nhật, các bên phải tiến hành thủ tục thanh lý hợp đồng theo đúng quy định.
