1. Objective :
- Build a QDA panel include 12 panelist who pass the acuity testing follow Masan standard. At least 120 candidates will participate in screening.
- These 12 panelist will continue be trained in QDA in 3 months (Project QDA Coffee Panel – Training). After qualifying by Performance testing, this panel can start do QDA testing on Coffee 3 in 1 and 2 in 1 ( Project Testing coffee by QDA Panel).
- This panel will be guaranteed to keep stable in 1 year, from the day they finish training. Ratio of drop in training and next 1 year is max 2 persons.
2. Planning :
2.1. Cách thực hiện bài test
Bài thiết kế tuyển chọn và tiêu chí đánh giá được thống nhất giữa bộ phận Sensory Masan và bộ môn CNHH.
Masan sẽ cung cấp hóa chất mùi,vị cho bài test.
- Đáp viên thực hiện 3 bài test trên máy tính (30 phút) và 1 số bài test sản phẩm (2 giờ 30 phút) bao gồm thời gian nghỉ ngơi. Tổng cộng 3 giờ.
- Khoa CNHH sẽ pha mẫu, thực hiện bài test dưới sự giám sát của Sensory Team/Masan.
- Khoa CNHH sẽ nhập số liệu thô, xử lý số liệu và gửi lại cho nhóm Sensory team/Masan
2.3. Tiêu chí đáp viên
Điều kiện chung
 Nam Nữ: Sinh viên năm 2 trường Đại học, cao đẳng, trung cấp về ngành công nghệ thực phẩm, hoặc nấu ăn
Điều kiện khác
 Không bị các bệnh về răng miệng, tiểu đường, truyền nhiễm, huyết áp, ung thư, tụt đường huyết, dị ứng thực phẩm.
 Có khả năng diễn đạt tốt, ví dụ mô tả món ăn được làm từ nguyên liệu gì (không cần nêu đầy đủ), màu mùi vị ra sao.
 Có niềm đam mê với ẩm thực: Thích thử nghiệm các món ăn mới, nên là người nấu ăn chính (hoặc ít nhất là phụ nấu) trong gia đình
 Có khả năng ăn cay, uống nước ngọt, cà phê, không ăn kiêng các loại thức ăn phổ biến.
3. Sản phẩm mẫu
 Dự án được thực hiện tại Phòng TN Cảm quan, thuộc Khoa CNHH, trường DHBKHCM
 Sản phẩm mẫu, dụng cụ thí nghiệm do Masan cung cấp

5. Bước tiếp theo:
 MASAN xét duyệt đề xuất nghiên cứu từ Khoa CNHH
 MASAN và Khoa CNHH họp để thông qua kế hoach thực hiện dự án cụ thể (thời gian, nội dung nghiên cứu, thiết kế bảng câu hỏi…)
 Hai bên ký kết hợp đồng và tiến hành dự án.
