ĐƠN ĐỀ NGHỊ XÉT LẠI HỒ SƠ CẤP VISA

Tôi đã đặt đơn xin thị thực nhập cảnh ngắn hạn vào Đức ngày 16/07/2015 và bị từ chối ngày 30/07/2015. Nay tôi viết đơn này kính mong Đại sứ quán Đức xem xét lại những lý do đã từ chối đơn của tôi.
- Giấy tờ thông hành (hộ chiếu) của tôi là thật bởi tôi đã đi nhiều nước trên thế giới.
- Mục đính tôi đi thăm bạn và bạn đã mời và đã gửi giấy mời
- Về mặt tài chính để chi phí sinh hoạt cho chuyến đi tôi xin bổ sung thêm xác nhận số dư thẻ thanh toán quốc tế có số dư là 200.000.000 đồng.
- 180 ngày mới đây tôi không lưu trú tại bất kỳ lãnh thổ các nước thành viên Schengen nào cả.
- Tôi không làm nguy hại cho bất kỳ ai.
- Những thông tin để cung cấp về mục đích và điều kiện lưu trú cho chuyến đi là đáng tin cậy bởi vợ tôi đã được cấp visa từ những thông tin này.
- Để xác định tôi sẽ trở về thì có những lý do sau:
+ Tôi có hai con nhỏ
+ Tôi có công ty hoạt động bình thường
+ Tôi có tài sản: đất đai, nhà, xe …..
- Nếu Đại sứ quán yêu cầu đặt tiền bảo lãnh (hoàn trả sau khi về) tôi đồng ý
