2. Tại lý trình Km0+858.19 nhánh LSR: vị trí này có rãnh hiện hữu để phục vụ tưới tiêu cho đất nông nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, thiết kế kỹ thuật không bố trí cống thoát nước tại vị trí này.
Để đảm bảo đáp ứng được yêu cầu kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của sản xuất nông nghiệp của địa phương, nhà thầu đệ trình Chủ đầu tư xem xét có ý kiến chỉ đạo để nhà thầu thực hiện.
