Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành

Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01 tháng 7 năm 2014 và thay thế Nghị định số 142/2005/NĐ-CP ngày 14 tháng 11 năm 2005 của Chính phủ về thu tiền thuê đất, thuê mặt nước; Nghị định số 121/2010/NĐ-CP ngày 30 tháng 12 năm 2010 của Chính phủ về sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Nghị định số 142/2005/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ về thu tiền thuê đất, thuê mặt nước.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This Decree shall take effect as from July 1, 2014 and replaces Decree No. 142/2005/ND-CP dated 14 November 2005 by the Government on currency land lease, rent water; Decree No. 121/2010/ND-CP on December 30, 2010 by the Government on amendments, addition of a number of articles of Decree No. 142/2005/ND-CP by the Government on currency land lease, rent water.
