Qua quá trình thực tập chuyên đề cuối khóa tại khách sạn DMZ Huế, tôi hiểu được nhiều hơn về kinh doanh khách sạn, tiếp thu được cách quản lý và tổ chức các hoạt động của khách sạn một cách hiệu quả và hợp lý.
- Nắm bắt việc quảng bá hình ảnh của khách sạn thông qua các hoạt động quảng cáo trên website, PR trên các trang mạng xã hội...
- Học hỏi được cách trả lời cũng như cách xử lý với các email của khách gửi đến.
