Như Sartek đã trao đổi tại văn phòng Cebi vào sáng ngày 16/09/2016. Sartek xác nhận lại các nội dung sau:

1/ Chi phí cập nhật gói C13 Big C Oriental là 5.000 USD (Chưa bao gồm thuế VAT). Tiến độ thực hiện như sau:

a) Cập nhật và hoàn chỉnh Bản vẽ thiết kế kỹ thuật: 02 tuần.

b) BOQ và dự toán: 01 tuần

Tiến độ được tính từ ngày Cebi thanh toán một phần chi phí còn nợ Sartek của 02 hợp đồng Discovery & Oriental, cụ thể tổng số tiền là 184.260.372 đ

2/ Nếu Sartek không cập nhật thiết kế cho Big C Oriental, chậm nhất Cebi phải thanh toán dứt điểm chi phí nợ Sartek trong vòng 01 tháng như đã thống nhất. Đồng thời gửi Sartek kế hoạch thanh toán.
