Ngoài quyền chuyển nhượng cổ phần, Công ty PNW có quyền chuyển nhượng một phần hoặc toàn bộ quyền và nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng này cho bên cho vay hoặc nhà đầu tư khác theo quy định của pháp luật. Khi đó, nhà đầu tư mới kế thừa, tiếp nhận phần quyền và nghĩa vụ nhận chuyển nhượng đối với chuyển nhượng một phần hoặc toàn bộ quyền và nghĩa vụ đối với nhận chuyển nhượng toàn bộ và chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh từ và liên quan đến những quyền, nghĩa vụ này. Đồng thời, Công ty PNW chấm dứt hoàn toàn trách nhiệm đối với những quyền và nghĩa vụ này.
