Công ty nghiên cứu thị trường Savills Việt Nam đã công bố báo cáo tình hình giao dịch bất động sản ở TP.HCM cho biết, ở phân khúc căn hộ, trong quý 4/2015 có khoảng 11.800 căn từ 17 dự án mới và các giai đoạn mới của 7 dự án hiện hữu được mở bán, tăng 20% theo quý và hơn 100% theo năm.
Gần 7.700 căn hộ được tiêu thụ trong quý 4/2015, tăng 47% theo quý và 86% theo năm. Phân khúc hạng A và B đạt lượng giao dịch cao nhất trong vòng 5 năm qua. Những dự án có vị trí tốt, hạ tầng phát triển, quy hoạch đô thị toàn diện và cơ hội đầu tư tiềm năng thu hút được người mua.
Đối với phân khúc biệt thự, nhà liền kề nguồn cung trong quý 4 cũng tăng mạnh. Cụ thể, có 12 dự án cung cấp cho thị trường sơ cấp khoảng 660 căn. Trong khi đó, nguồn cung sơ cấp (mua đi bán lại - PV) trên thị trường có khoảng 1.920 căn, tăng 15% theo quý và 94% theo năm. Tổng lượng giao dịch ở phân khúc biệt thự/nhà liền kề tăng 46% theo quý và 64% theo năm nhờ tình hình hoạt động tốt của những dự án mới. Nhà liền kề chiếm ưu thế với 70% lượng giao dịch.

Theo Savills, Q.9 tiếp tục có tình hình hoạt động tốt nhất ở phân khúc biệt thự/nhà liền kề trong quý 4/2015. Cơ sở hạ tầng và quy hoạch đô thị phát triển tốt ở khu vực phía đông đã giúp những dự án trong khu vực này trở nên phổ biến với người mua.
