Vì vậy, để làm rõ mối quan hệ giữa Công ty CP Thanh Niên với Viseri và việc ai (bà Hoán, ông Trung, ông Nguyễn Văn Liêm/ Công ty CP Thanh Niên hay một bên nào khác) là chủ sở hữu thực sự của toàn bộ số 9.067.500 cổ phần nêu trên của Viseri, thay mặt Công ty LCD, VPLS Trần Sơn & Cộng sự đề nghị Công ty CP Thanh Niên xác nhận giữa Công ty CP Thanh Niên và Công ty Viseri có mối quan hệ nào không; và Công ty CP Thanh Niên có phải là chủ sở hữu đối với 9.067.500 cổ phần trong Công ty Viseri hay không, nếu có thì đề nghị cung cấp các chứng cứ chứng minh việc sở hữu số cổ phần trên.
