Sau một năm gia nhập WTO, thị trường hàng điện tử nói chung và điện lạnh nói riêng không chỉ khởi sắc vì có thêm nhiều thương hiệu mới, chất lượng tốt mà giá củng rẻ hơn. Điển hình như thương hiệu máy lạnh Sumikura đã tạo được ấn tượng tốt sau một năm gia nhập thành công và xây dựng thương hiệu tại thị trường Việt Nam. Để nâng tính cạnh tranh trong giai đoạn sắp tới công ty sẽ đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất có quy mô lớn, đồng thời thực hiện nhiều chương trình hoạt động hướng tới cộng đồng.
