b) Lập kế hoạch mua sắm hàng hóa/dịch vụ cho từng công trình, công việc dịch vụ, kiểm soát quá trình thực hiện để không vượt hạn mức chi phí của kế hoạch này.
c) Theo dõi và làm thủ tục thanh quyết toán với khách hàng; thông báo Phòng Kế toán số tiền quyết toán giá trị hợp đồng để phát hóa đơn yêu cầu khách hàng thanh toán
