Điều kiện môi trường để bảo quản hàng hóa trong kho được kiểm soát bao gồm nhiệt độ và ẩm độ được quy đĩnh tại Hướng dẫn phân tích môi nguy, TEC-01, ban hành 06, ngày 19/12/2015. Tần xuất theo dõi các thông số trong kho được ghi định: 2 lần/ ngày, kết quả ghi nhận trong biểu mẫu WAH 08
