Hàng hoá xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu do tổ

Hàng hoá xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu do tổ chức, cá nhân ở nước ngoài gửi cho tổ chức, cá nhân ở Việt Nam thông qua dịch vụ bưu chính và dịch vụ chuyển phát nhanh quốc tế và ngược lại; tổ chức, cá nhân cung cấp dịch vụ đã nộp thuế nhưng không giao được cho người nhận hàng hóa, phải tái xuất, tái nhập hoặc bị tịch thu, tiêu hủy theo quy định của pháp luật thì được hoàn lại số tiền thuế đã nộp theo quy định có liên quan.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Goods exported, imported by organizations, individuals, overseas sending organizations, individuals in Vietnam through the postal service and international courier services and vice versa; individual organizations provide services that have been delivered but not paid for the goods, to re-export, re-entering or seized, destroyed under the provisions of the law shall be refunded tax amount already paid according to relevant regulations.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Goods exported and imported by organizations or individuals in foreign countries sent to organizations and individuals in Vietnam through postal services and courier services internationally and vice versa; organizations and individuals providing services tax has been paid but not delivered to the recipients of goods, must be re-exported and re-imported or confiscated or destroyed as prescribed by law shall be refunded the amount of tax paid according to relevant regulations.
