Tại hội nghi nhóm tư vấn cho Việt nam, Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng phát biểu:“Việt Nam luôn trân trọng từng đồng vốn ODA và bảo đảm thực hiện các cam kết với các nhà tài trợ. Chính phủ sẽ nỗ lực và tập trung chỉ đạo để nâng cao hơn nữa hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn ODA”. Thủ tướng cũng cho biết Chính phủ sẽ tiếp tục cải thiện môi trường đầu tư để thu hút các nguồn vốn đầu tư, thúc đẩy sản xuất kinh doanh, đẩy mạnh xuất khẩu và mở rộng thị trường trong nước.
