Nhớ lại buổi đầu bước chân vào nghề, cũng như bao nhiêu người , bắt đầu từ hai bàn tay trắng. Sau khi đã bán hết bảo hiểm cho người thân, bạn bè, tôi tìm đến các trường nuôi dạy trẻ mồ côi, Điều đầu tiên bắt gặp là ánh mắt các bé ngay thơ,trong sang, sao mà thương quá:” Dạ chào cô, mời cô ngồi, mời cô uống nước, để con mời mẹ con ra”,thật lễ phép, các em là những đứa trẻ cơ nhở, bi cha mẹ bỏ rơi bởi nhiều lý do, mỗi cháu là một hoàn cảnh khác nhau ,thật chạnh lòng khi nghe kể về các bé ,tôi không cầm được nước mắt. Từ đó tôi thường xuyên ghé thăm hơn và hoạt động như một tình nguyện viên. Đặc biệt các mẹ,các dì phụ trách nuôi các bé là những người gần như tình nguyện sống cuộc đời không lập gia đình ,coi nơi đây là gia đình của chính mình, coi các bé như con ruột của mình,họ cống hiến cuộc đời cho sự nghiệp nuôi dạy những mầu non bất hạnh, thật đáng ngưỡng mộ. Chăm lo cho các bé từ khi vào trường đến lúc lập gia đình… Vậy cuộc
đời của các mẹ ai sẽ lo? aisẽ chăm sóc những lúc ốm đau?..? Những câu hỏi ấy cứ canh cánh trong tôi.Từ lúc nào không biết tôi trở thành thành viên của trường, một thành viên mà không hề lãnh lương nhưng vẫn vui cười, sự đóng góp của tôi chẳng đáng gì so với sự hy sinh của các mẹ. Cũng từ đấy hợp đồng bảo hiểm theo đó mà về với tôi,tuy nhỏ nhưng thắm đượm tình người, tuy số tiền không lớn, nhưng hy vọng phần nào cũng an ủi các mẹ trong lúc tuổi xế chiều, những mạnh thường quân của trường dần dần cũng trở thành khách hàng của tôi,có những người rất khá dã lắm, có vị trí xã hôi. Lạ thay, họ cũng gọi các mẹ ở trường bằng”Mẹ” và con cái của họ gọi bằng “Bà”.Vậy họ là ai? Không nói ra chắc chúng ta cũng hiểu, họ chính là những đứa trẻ cơ nhở ngày nào ,họ thành tài, thành danh, họ là doanh nhân, là tài tử , diễn viên có tên tuổi. Với triết lý sống “lá rụng về côi”, họ quay về giúp đỡ mẹ và các em không cùng huyết thống của mình. Điều này càng làm cho tôi thấy vui hơn ,vì tương lai hưu trí của các mẹ đã có các con của mẹ chăm sóc. Nghĩ xa hơn nữa, nếu những mạnh thường quân này có bề gì thì ai sẽ cung cấp tiền bạc, lương thực để tiếp tục giúp ngôi trường tồn tại, những trẻ em bất hạnh sẽ không còn chỗ dựa, xã hội sẽ tăng thêm nhiều gánh nặng , viễn cảnh tiếp theo sẽ như thế nào đây ?.?.? Đây là động lực là lý do thúc đẩy không chỉ riêng tôi mà bất kỳ người làm tư vấn bảo hiểm nào cũng phải tham gia giải quyết vấn đề này ngay lập tức .
