As recruitment processes and policies is a major Human Resource function designed to attract, obtain and retain the qualified workforce to meet the future organizational needs. The analysis of the report shows some advantages and disadvantages which are need to improve for conducting the employees successfully. Behind every success or failure, TTP’s HR activities are considered the ultimate deciding factor. That is why TTP always gives high priority in the HR practices.
Quality of service depends on the competence and the quality of the employees of the organization. Therefore, the authority of TTP has to be careful in recruiting the right person for each job. I think its HR policy in TPP is good, but if any problem arises then they should reduce it in a proper way. To prosper, they should develop their human resource properly.
In short, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. However, with limited research capability so I do not avoid the shortcomings . I am looking forward to getting the comments to complete my internship report.
