Thỏa ước lao động tập thể được ký k

Thỏa ước lao động tập thể được ký kết với thời hạn 3 năm. Trong quá trình thực hiện, một trong hai bên có quyền yêu cầu, điều chỉnh sửa đổi bổ xung cho phù hợp với tình hình sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty và theo quy định của pháp luật, nhưng phải yêu cầu gửi bằng văn bản trước ít nhất 6 ngày làm việc. Trước khi Thỏa ước lao động tập thể hết hạn, hai bên có thể thương lượng kéo dài thời hạn Thỏa ước lao động tập thể hoặc ký kết Thỏa ước lao động tập thể mới. Khi Thỏa ước lao động tập thể hết hạn mà hai bên vẫn còn đang thương lượng thì Thỏa ước lao động tập thể vẫn có hiệu lực.

In the process, either party has the right to require additional modification, adjustment to suit the situation of production and business of the company and in accordance with the law, but must request in writing at least 6 working days. Before the labor agreement expires, on the collective can negotiate limited collective labor agreement or signing a new collective labour agreement. When collective labour agreement expires that the two sides are still negotiating the collective labour agreement was still in effect.
