4.2 Bảo lãnh thanh toán:
Bên A sẽ cung cấp cho Bên B chứng thư bảo lãnh thanh toán được mở tại ngân hàng của Bên A bằng với số tiền tương đương với giá trị bảo đảm thực hiện họp đồng của Bên B trong thời gian 3 ngày kể từ ngày bên A nhận được thư bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng của bên B. Neu sau khi 2 bên hoàn thành công tác nghiệm thu khối lượng (có xác nhận của tư vấn giám sát của Chủ đầu tư) thì trong thời gian 7 ngày làm việc bên A sẽ thanh toán cho bên B số tiền tương ứng với công việc hoàn thành theo biên bản nghiệm thu của 2 bên (Căn cứ theo điều 8 của hợp đồng này), nếu bên A chậm thanh toán thì bên B sẽ có văn bản yêu cầu bên Ngân hàng bên A thanh toán số tiền trên mà bên A không có quyền khiếu nại.
