Tôi đã liên lạc với các cơ quan có thẩm quyền ở VN để hỏi về các hình thức chuyển bưu phẩm từ nước ngoài vào VN. Họ cũng nói rằng dù chuyển phát nhanh hay chuyển qua tài khoản ngân hàng, phía người gửi vẫn có quyền đóng toàn bộ phí cho phía người nhận. Họ không cho phép tôi mở bưu phẩm khi chưa đóng phí.
Vì vậy, tôi sẽ phải từ chối nhận bưu phẩm của bạn, vì khi tôi nhận quà của bạn có mặt người bạn tôi mượn tiền để đóng phí. Họ không đồng ý , họ cho rằng đó là một trong những hình thức lừa quốc tế. Tôi xin lỗi khi phải nói điều này.
