Về việc về việc rà soát cài đặt thông số tủ nguồn DC tại trạm viễn thông

Căn cứ vào Chỉ thị số 74/CT-VTQĐ-KT ngày 18/7/2016 của Phó Tổng Giám đốc Tập đoàn Hoàng Sơn về việc củng cố và nâng cao chất lượng cơ điện tại các thị trường;
Căn cứ vào tình hình vận hành khai thác mạng lưới tại các thị trường,
Tổng Giám đốc Tổng Công ty Mạng lưới Viettel chỉ thị:
1. Giao cho các Trung tâm Kỹ thuật Khu vực, các công ty thị trường thực hiện rà soát công tác cài đặt tham số tủ nguồn DC.
2. Giao cho Trung tâm Vận hành Khai thác Toàn cầu (TT VHKTTC) chỉ đạo, đôn đốc và hỗ trợ các đơn vị thực hiện.
Cụ thể như sau:
I. Các công ty thị trường, các Trung tâm Kỹ thuật Khu vực:
a. Giao trách nhiệm quản lý việc cài đặt tham số tủ nguồn DC cho một đầu mối duy nhất tại trung tâm huyện (tại Thị trường Việt Nam) hoặc đầu mối đội trưởng kỹ thuật (tại các Thị trường nước ngoài), nhân viên vận hành khai thác chỉ được phép thay đổi khi có sự đồng ý của đầu mối chịu trách nhiệm.
b. Các Trung tâm Kỹ thuật Khu vực, công ty thị trường tổ chức thực hiện rà soát, kiểm tra và cài đặt tham số tủ nguồn DC theo Quyết định số 452/QĐ-VTQĐ-KT ngày 19/3/2016 về quy định cài đặt tham số cho các thiết bị cơ điện (các tham số cụ thể theo Phụ lục 1 đính kèm).
c. Các Trung tâm Kỹ thuật Khu vực, công ty thị trường thực hiện kiểm tra xác suất thực tế tối thiểu 10% số trạm quản lý.
d. Chế độ báo cáo: Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện về TT VHKTTC – VTNet trước ngày 10/8/2016 (mẫu báo cáo như Phụ lục 2 kèm theo).
II. Trung tâm Vận hành Khai thác Toàn cầu:
a. Hỗ trợ và đôn đốc các đơn vị nghiêm túc thực hiện.

Chỉ thị này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Các cơ quan, đơn vị và cá nhân liên quan nghiêm túc thực hiện./.
