Mọi người trong phòng chờ đợi khoảng 40 phút trong sốt ruột và thắc mắc thì chị thư ký mới bước vào và sắp xếp hồ sơ rồi kiểm tra sự có mặt của các đương sự xong chị đọc nội quy phiên tòa. Xong xuôi thì Hội đồng XX, VKS mới bước vào phòng xử, tất cả mọi người được yêu cầu đứng dậy, lúc đó đã là 8h50. Vậy là phiên tòa đã diễn ra trễ 50 phút mà không có một lời xin lỗi và mọi người dường như đã quen với điều này.
