Besides the contributions mentioned above, this study also exists a certain number of drawbacks follows:
First, the loyalty of the employees affected by many factors, but in this study only focus study six factors are: high income, favorable working conditions, the appropriate objectives, management decisions, reward equity and empowerment. Besides, the object of study is limited in the region Ho Chi Minh City.
Secondly, the limitations of the method of data analysis, this study uses regression analysis tools to determine multivariate the relationship between the independent variables were: high income, favorable working conditions, the consistent objectives, management decisions, reward fairness, empowerment and the dependent variable is loyalty. However, this analysis did not identify the relationship between the independent variables together, the results may not accurately reflect the relationship between these factors.
