V/v Motor 315kW 2P B3 tại Nhà Máy Nutifood – Bình Dương

Trước tiên công ty TNHH Kỹ Thuật Năng Lượng xin cảm ơn Quý công ty đã tín nhiệm sử dụng sản phẩm của chúng tôi trong thời gian qua.
Vào ngày 17/10/2015 Quý Cty TNHH Cơ Điện Lạnh Tân Long thông báo Motor Enertech EFC 315kW 2P B3 seri H201002, chạy khoảng 20p thì ngừng, kiểm tra điện trở cách điện thấp (khoảng 400Ohm).
Tiếp nhận thông tin Quý Cty Tân Long, ngày 18/10/2015 Cty KTNL đã cử nhân viên kỹ thuật xuống Nhà Mày Nutifood – Bình Dương kiểm tra.
Kiểm tra ban đầu:
- Tổng thời gian Motor đã chạy 11h, sử dụng biến tần Danfoss.
Đo thực tế các thông số của motor:
- Chạy thử lại motor 30p, tải 43%, biến tần không báo lỗi, đo dòng rò 20A/297V. Kiểm tra điện vào tủ điện phát hiện dây tiếp đất và dây pha thông nhau, tháo dây tiếp đất từ motor về biến tần ra và chạy thử, đo áp dây tiếp đất và dây pha : 231V; dây pha và vỏ 283V.
- Điện trở cuộn dây : Ru =Rv =Rv = 6mOhm
- Điện trở cách điện: Ru= 1,84GOhm, Rv= 1,71GOhm, Rw = 2,54GOhm ; Ru-v = 6,91GOhm, Rv-w = 7,69GOhm, Ru-w = 7,44GOhm.
- Điện trở cách điện khi đấu dây nguồn vào motor : Ru= 450MOhm, Rv= 372MOhm, Rw= 433MOhm.
Các thông số cách điện khi tháo dây nguồn đo đảm bảo motor bình thường.
Kết luận:
- Với các thông số cách điện trên, motor hoạt động bình thường.
- Việc Quý Cty Tân Long báo điện trở cách điện thấp trước đó là do khi đo không tháo dây nguồn ra.
Khuyến cáo
Yêu cầu kiểm tra điện nguồn vào, và việc cài đặt biến tần để tránh dòng rò phát sinh.
