QUI TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC
(nhóm thành phẩm)

1 . Nhập Hàng.

1.1 Nhập Iso tank – xe bồn
a. Nhận lệnh nhập hàng từ Supply Chain.
b. Kiểm tra thông tin, cho xe cân vào.
c. Chờ phòng lab lấy mẫu test.
d. Bơm hàng xong, cân xe ra.
e. làm thủ tục xác nhận hàng giao tài xế.

1.2 Phuy thành phẩm
a. Nhận lệnh nhập hàng từ Supply Chain “kèm packing list đối với hàng nhập khẩu”
b. Kiểm tra thông tin, cho xe cân vào.
c. Xe nâng xuống hàng.
d. Cân xe ra, làm thủ tục xác nhận giao cho tài xế.
e. Kiểm tra số lượng, qui cách, chủng loại.
f. Cân kiểm tra ngẫu nhiên xác xuất 10%/tổng số hàng nhập.


2 . Xuất Hàng.

2.1 Xuất xe bồn.
a. Nhận lệnh từ Logistic, kiểm tra, xét lít.
b. Cân xe vào, giao lệnh, seal cho tài xế.
c. Bơm hàng.
d. Cân xe ra. “đúng số lượng yêu cầu, hoặc chênh lệnh quá mức cho phép thì liên hệ với sale để xác nhận”
e. Làm chứng từ giao tài xế.

2.2 Xuất phuy.
a. Nhận lệnh từ Logistic, kiểm tra, ký.
b. Tài xế ký nhận vào lệnh gốc.
c. Coppy giao tài xế.
d. Cân xe vào, tài xế chuyển lệnh xuống phụ kho
e. Phụ kho kiểm tra xác định khu vực.
f. Ghi trọng lượng vỏ phuy, số batch, cho xúc hàng lên xe.
g. Cân xe ra, làm chứng từ giao tài xế.


3 . Slop.

3.1 Từ nhập tàu.
a. Tạo ra từ ngoài cảng.
b. Tạo ra từ khu bồn “xả slop đường ống trước khi nhập sản phẩm mới”
c. Cho phòng lab test mẫu.
d. Đạt, cho ra thành phẩmhoặc pha thinner.
e. Không đạt, cân trọng lượng theo qui cách chuẩn, bấm seal dán nhãn chuyển qua slop





3.2 Từ sản xuất.
a. Xả từ dây chuyền phuy “làm sạch ống mềm khi chuyển đổi sản phẩm”.
b. Xả từ dây chuyền bơm xe bồn “làm sạch ống mềm khi chuyển đổi sản phẩm”
c. Vét bồn.
d. Cho phòng lab test mẫu
e. Đạt, cho ra thành phẩm hoặc pha thinner.
f. Không đạt, cân trọng lượng theo qui cách chuẩn, bấm seal dán nhãn chuyển qua slop.


3.3 Từ IBC tank.
a. Tank Riverbank cho mượn khách hàng mượn thu hồi về.
b. Kiểm tra, vệ sinh xúc rửa.
c. Dung môi xả từ các tank, vệ sinh tank chứa vào phuy.
d. Khi đầy, cân trọng lượng theo qui cách chuẩn, bấm seal dán nhãn chuyển qua slop.



4 . Phuy xì chảy.

4.1 Kho thành phẩm.
a. Chuyển vào khu vực xử lý.
b. Ghi chép, yêu cầu sang phuy. “decanting request from”
c. Sang đúng với chủng loại phuy đã chuyển vào.
d. Sang chiết song kiểm tra seal nhãn đầy đủ, trả lại kho thành phẩm.


5 . Phuy lẻ.

5.1 Pha thinner tạo ra.
a. Kho thành phẩm chuyển vào khu vực pha thinner.
b. Hút pha còn lại số lẻ trong phuy.
c. Cân lại, ghi net weight trên mặt phuy chuyển vào khu vực dành riêng cho phuy lẻ
d. Dùng những phuy lẻ này trước cho những lần pha tiếp theo.


6 . Phuy thinner lẻ.

6.1 Bơm thinner.
a. Bơm từ bồn trộn ra phuy “khi sản xuất xong 1 mẻ sẽ tạo ra số lẻ”
b. Cân lại, ghi net weight trên mặt phuy chuyển vào khu vực dành riêng cho phuy lẻ
c. Hút vào bồn trộn cho lần pha tiếp theo để giải phóng phuy lẻ.
