Tuyên truyền nhắc nhở đến các thành viên SPD làm công tác sàng lọc thường xuyên tại vị trí làm việc để loại bỏ những thứ không cần thiết bằng email vào tuần đầu tiên của tháng
Mọi thành viên SPD sẽ tiến hành 5S khoảng 5 phút vào mỗi buổi sáng hàng ngày (sàng lọc sắp xếp và sạch sẽ…) và thực hiện 5S khoảng 10 phút tại nơi làm việc của mình vào thứ sáu hàng tuần (khu vực cá nhân và khu vực chung)
Hàng tháng, thực hiện 5S khoảng 30 phút vào thứ sáu cuối cùng của tháng theo kế hoạch " cleaning day" của công ty. (Khu vực chung như văn phòng , phân xưởng..v.v.)
Huy động mọi người phát huy sáng kiến cải tiến tại chỗ làm việc
Uỷ ban đánh giá 5S sẽ xem xét xung quanh chỗ làm việc dịnh kỳ 2 lần/tháng và đưa ra những lời chỉ dẫn cần thiết cho các thành viên SPD
Trao thưởng định kỳ cho nhóm và cá nhân thực hiện tốt 5S qua quá trình đánh giá. (mức thưởng tùy theo kinh phí thực tế)
Phạt hành chính (để sung vào quỹ khen thưởng) or phạt lấy thư trong vòng 2 tuần đối với các thành viên không thực hiện tốt các tiêu chuẩn 5S. (mức phạt tối đa 2.000vnd/lần)
