4.4. Lệ phí và thủ tục đăng ký dự thi:
• Lệ phí: 350.000đ/ 1 lần thi (chưa bao gồm lệ phí cấp chứng chỉ EPT)
• Thủ tục: 03 ảnh 3x4 chuẩn quốc tế (Không quá 03 tháng, trang phục lịch sự, không đeo kính), 01 CMND photo (không cần chứng thực), cung cấp thông tin cá nhân vào mẫu đăng ký dự thi và tự chịu trách nhiệm về thông tin đã cung cấp.
• Lưu ý: Đối với CMND không có ngày sinh hoặc tháng sinh, thí sinh phải ghi ngày sinh đang sử dụng theo đúng các hồ sơ như: giấy khai sinh, sổ hộ khẩu, hồ sơ nhập học,… và tự chịu trách nhiệm về thông tin đã cung cấp
