bên B thực hiện thanh toán giá trị

bên B thực hiện thanh toán giá trị hợp đồng cho bên A theo các đợt như sau:
Thanh toán lần 1: ngay sau khi 2 bên ký hợp đồng, bên B sẽ đặt cọc cho bên A số tiền: 60.000.000 VND ( bằng chữ sáu mươi triệu đồng). Khoản tiền đặt cọc này nhằm đảm bảo cho việc bên B thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ nghĩa vụ theo quy định của hợp đồng này. Khoản đặt cọc này trong mọi trường hợp không được trả lại do lỗi của bên B làm cho hợp đồng này không thể thực hiện được.
Thanh toán lần 2: Trong thời hạn năm ngày làm việc kể từ ngày bên A gửi thông báo sẵn sàng giao xe, bên B thanh toán cho bên A hết 100% tổng giá trị hợp đồng trước khi nhận xe
Việc thanh toán được thực hiện thông qua chuyển khoản hoặc tiền mặt. Trường hợp thanh toán bằng tiền mặt, bên B giao dịch trực tiếp với phòng thu ngân của bên A và sẽ được hướng dẫn thanh toán đúng quy định từ phòng thu ngân của bên A. Bên B sau khi thực hiện thanh toán mỗi đợt qua chuyển khoản có trách nhiệm thông báo và gửi cho bên A những chứng từ liên quan đến khoản thanh toán đó để bên A có căn cứ hoàn thiện bộ hồ sơ xe và chuyển giao cho bên B theo quy định tại điều 4 dưới đây khi tiền đã về tài khoản của bên A
