Nếu một bên chậm thực hiện nghĩa vụ

Nếu một bên chậm thực hiện nghĩa vụ ít nhất sáu mươi (60) ngày vì lý do nào đó ngoài những lý do được nêu trong mục này, bên kia có thể quyết định chấm dứt họp đồng này bất cứ lúc nào sau khi đưa ra thông báo bằng văn bản được mười (10) ngày.

If a party slow to finalize at least sixty (60) days for any reason that in addition to the reasons stated in this section, the other party may decide to terminate the meeting of this Council at any time after giving notice in writing be ten (10) days.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If a party delayed performance of obligations for at least sixty (60) days for any reason beyond the reasons listed in this section, the other party may decide to terminate the contract at any time after the making written notice ten (10) days.
