- Dự án TRUNG TÂM GIÁO DỤC QUỐC TẾ AUSTRALIA trực thuộc ĐẠI HỌC QUỐC GIA HÀ NỘI. Hai bên thoả thuận hợp tác thành lập, xây dựng và phát triển Trung tâm Giáo dục Quốc tế Australia (Tên tiếng Anh là: Centre of International Education Australia) trực thuộc Đại học Quốc gia Hà nội và Công ty NWC để triển khai và quản lý các chương trình trong nước và liên kết đào tạo với nước ngoài các hệ cao đẳng, đại học và sau đại học về mặt pháp lý, hoạt động ngay tại cơ sở hoặc các cơ sở của trường Đại học Quốc Gia Hà nội để quản lý và giảng dạy các bậc học từ Cử nhân, Kỹ sư Liên thông từ Cao đẳng, Thạc sĩ trong nước và liên kết với các trường đối tác tại Úc và quốc tế.
- Tổng số tiền vay là :22.000.000.000.000 VNĐ (Hai mươi hai nghìn tỷ đồng) tương đương với 1.000.000.000 USD (Một tỷ đô la Mỹ).
