Tôi viết lá thư này để than phiền về chất lượng phục vụ của nhà hàng. Tôi đã phải chịu đựng trong suốt thời gian dài để gọi phục vụ . Mọi thứ trong có vẻ khác xa so với mẫu quảng cáo mà tôi nhìn thấy. Trong mẫu quảng cáo đó mọi món ăn rất ngon và sang trọng.. Các bạn còn nói mọi người rất lịch sự và ân cần, chúng tôi sẽ được ăn những thức ăn tốt và sạch sẽ nhất. Nhưng thật tế mọi thứ thật kinh khủng, cách phục vụ thì rất tệ,bàn ăn của tôi vẫn còn vết bẩn và mùi của thức ăn. Điều tồi tệ hơn nữa là trong bữa ăn bạn sẽ được thưởng thức âm nhạc bởi những nghệ sĩ nổi tiếng thực hiện nhưng nó chỉ được thực hiện bởi những người không có khả năng chơi nhạc. Bạn nên điều chỉnh lại mọi thứ để giải quyết những gì mà bạn đã gây ra cho chúng tôi, hơn thế nữa công việc của bạn là kinh doanh nên nó hết sức quan trọng.
