Customer feedbackPrego has to have a Contact us page on the website, which contain an email contact and telephone number, to allow customers to make queries and feedbacks. Prego has to collect and evaluate those queries for a certain period of time to be able to implement a FAQ page on the website addressing majority of common queries. Other form of obtaining customer feedback is poll, changed on monthly bases, starting with a favourite meal from the menu.
