6.1 Tất cả các thông tin, tài liệu liên quan tới hai Bên qui định trong hợp đồng này và/hoặc phụ lục, tài liệu kèm theo Hợp đồng này phải được bảo mật. Hai bên không được phép tiết lộ bất kỳ thông tin, tài liệu gì dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào liên quan đến Hợp đồng này cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên kia.
