Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày

Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký đến hết ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2016. Sau khi hai bên thực hiện xong các nghĩa vụ của mình quy định trong Hợp đồng, trong 15 ngày không có kiến nghị bằng văn bản thì Hợp đồng mặc nhiên được thanh lý.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This agreement is effective from the date of signing to the end on June 30, 2016. After the two sides completed the obligations stipulated in the contract, for 15 days without petition in writing, the contract is liquidated.

The contract takes effect from the date of signing until 30 June 2016. After the two parties fulfilled their obligations stipulated in the contract, within 15 days no written proposals, the contract implicitly liquidated.
