Trong quá trình thực tập tôi nhận thấy rằng công ty PR chưa có nhiều nguồn nhân lực và cơ sở vật chất chưa được phát triển rộng trong khu vực phía nam. Do vậy, tôi thiết nghĩ rằng việc tuyển dụng thêm nhân viên sẽ mang lại lợi ích không chỉ cho công ty mà còn tạo thêm việc làm cho nguồn nhân lực. Theo như tôi được biết, vì công ty phía nam là chi nhánh của công ty phía bắc, nên quy mô không được mở rộng lớn, và phải thường xuyên tuyển dụng nhân viên thời vụ để giảm bớt chi phí cho việc thuê nhân viên. Nhưng thời gian gần đây, công ty nhận được nhiều nguồn khách hàng và khối lượng công việc nhiều hơn so với khoảng thời gian trước, nên nhân viên thời vụ không thể đáp ứng được việc đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ của công ty, mặc dù có đủ số lượng nhân lực để làm, nhưng tay nghề của họ không có kinh nghiệm hoặc kinh nghiệm chưa nhiều khiến họ không đáp ứng hoàn hảo như nhân viên chính thức của công ty.
