Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng gây thiệt

Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng gây thiệt hại cho bên kia (trừ trong trường hợp bất khả kháng) thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại xảy ra và chịu phạt vi phạm hợp đồng bằng 10% giá trị hợp đồng

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
