Luận án đã tóm tắt 13 nghiên cứu thực nghiệm ở nước ngoài từ năm 2010 đến năm 2014 và 9 nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tại Việt Nam từ năm 2011 đến năm 2014 liên quan đến cơ cấu vốn và rủi ro tài chính của nhóm doanh nghiệp phi tài chính,là cơ sở kết hợp với lý thuyết chung để luận án đưa ra thiết kế nghiên cứu cho trường hợp các doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam.

The thesis summarizes 13 experimental study abroad from 2010 to 2014 and 9 experimental research in Vietnam from 2011 to 2014 regarding capital structure and financial risk of corporate non-financial group, is the base combined with the general theory to the thesis put forward the research design for the case of enterprises in Vietnam.
