Với những ngày đầu thực tập quả thật là một thử thách không nhỏ cho em.Là lần đầu tiên tiếp xúc với khá nhiều người nước ngoài đến từ các quốc gia khác nhau gây cho em sự dè dặt và lúng túng vì vốn dĩ trước giờ em ít có cơ hội đó khi còn ngồi ghế nhà trường cũng như khá bối rối khi vận dụng văn hoá ứng xử với người nước ngoài từ những gì em đã học được từ thầy cô,sách vở.Có thể nói kiến thức còn rất hạn chế để em có thể giao tiếp với người nước ngoài.Khi tiếp xúc với họ, với nhiều người đến từ các quốc gia khác nhau sẽ có những cách nói khác nhau về âm điệu,từ ngữ,giọng nói và cách phát âm.Và để có thể nghe nói được thật là khá khó khăn và em đã nhờ đến sự trợ giúp của các anh chị trong bộ phận.Vì lẽ đó với những khó khăn đó đã giúp em phải cố gắng nhiều hơn nhiều hơn nữa.
