Bên bán có toàn quyền tự quyết định việc xử lý những hàng hóa không được thu nhận. Nếu đến cuối ngày bàn giao đã được nêu ra mà hàng hóa không được thu nhận, Bên bán sẽ được thực thi quyền này.
