Trong trường hợp Bên B giao hàng không đạt chất lượng và/hoặc không đủ số lượng như Bên A đã yêu cầu thì Bên A/Bên nhận hàng có quyền từ chối không nhận số lượng hàng hóa không đạt yêu cầu và yêu cầu Bên B phải giao bổ sung số lượng bị thiếu và/hoặc thay thế các hàng hóa kém chất lượng đó bằng hàng hóa còn nguyên vẹn
