Khi kết thúc thời gian thử việc, nếu người lao động được đánh giá đạt yêu cầu thì Hợp đồng lao động có thời hạn dưới 03 tháng chính thức có hiệu lực. Trường hợp đánh giá thử việc không đạt yều cầu thì Hợp đồng thử việc kiêm Hợp đồng lao động dưới 03 tháng này sẽ hết hiệu lực.
