Mỗi tháng có 2 kỳ đối soát trong đó kỳ đối soát thứ nhất sẽ được tính cho các giao dịch phát sinh từ ngày đầu tiên của tháng dương lịch đến hết ngày 15 của tháng và kỳ đối soát thứ hai cho các giao dịch phát sinh từ ngày 16 đến hết ngày cuối cùng của tháng. Bên A sẽ gửi cho Bên B thông báo Hàng Hóa đã bán phát sinh tại từng Gian Hàng trong từng kỳđối soát (“Thông Báo Bán Hàng”) trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc đầu tiên kể từ ngày kết thúc kỳ đối soát hoặc kể từ ngày Hợp Đồng chấm dứt.
