Điều 1:Bên B cung cấp các dịch vụ

Điều 1:

Bên B cung cấp các dịch vụ dưới đây cho bên B:

1. Dịch vụ:

2. Giá: 200/tuần. Giá này đã bao gồm thuế giá trị gia tăng nhưng không bao gồm bất cứ mọi khoản phí khác nếu có. Mức phí này không thay đổi trong suốt thời hạn của Hợp đồng.

3. Thời hạn hợp đồng: 14 tuần bắt đầu từ ngày đến hết ngày.


Điều 2: Quyền lợi và trách nhiệm của mỗi bên

Bên A:

1. Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các quy định về pháp luật mà bên B thông báo.
2. Trao đổi thông tin thường xuyên và liên tục với nhân viên mà bên B chỉ định
3. Trả tiền phí đúng hạn

Bên B:

Điều 3: Đặt cọc

Trước khi ký hợp đồng, bên B đặt cược một khoản tiền là ....(tương đương với...)

Điều 4: Phương thức thanh toán

Bên A thanh toán cho bên B định kỳ 02 tháng một lần trong vòng 05 ngày đầu tiên của mỗi kỳ thanh toán.
Mức chi phí được thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản.

Điều 5: Chấm dứt hợp đồng

1. Hợp đồng này chấm dứt khi hết thời hạn
2. Hợp đồng chấm dứt trước thời hạn trong trường hợp dự án của Bên A không được chấp thuận tiếp tục.
3. Nếu một trong hai bên vi phạm các điều khoản đã ký kết thì bên còn lại có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng sau khi thông báo lý do cho bên vi phạm biết.
4. Nếu bên A chậm thanh toán sau 07 ngày mà không có sự chấp thuận của bên B thì coi như bên B tự ý chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn và thực thi theo mục 3 của điều này.


Điều 6: Điều khoản chung

1. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện hợp đồng một cách đầy đủ và nghiêm túc. Trong trường hợp có tranh chấp thì hai bên sẽ cùng tiến hành bàn bạc, thương thảo, nếu không tìm được giải pháp thì sẽ tuân theo phán quyết của Tòa án có thẩm quyền.
2. Mọi sửa đổi và bổ sung vào hợp đồng này đều phải được hai bên đồng ý và tiến hành bằng văn bản.
3. Hết hạn hợp đồng, hai bên có thể thỏa thuận ký gia hạn hoặc hợp đồng mới.
4. Hết hạn hợp đồng, nếu hai bên không có thỏa thuận gì khác thì hợp đồng mặc nhiên thanh lý.
5. Hợp đồng gồm 04 tờ (bốn tờ), bằng tiếng Việt, chia thành 02, mỗi bên giữa 01 bản và có giá trị pháp lý như nhau

If either party breaches the terms signed, the other party may unilaterally terminate the contract after notification of reasons for the said violation. 4. If Party A late payment after 07 days without the approval of Party B shall be deemed Party B arbitrarily terminate the contract ahead of time and executed pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article. Article 6: General Provisions 1. The two sides committed to fully contract and serious. In case of dispute, the two parties will conduct discussions, negotiations, if not find a solution, it will follow the decision of the competent court. 2. All amendments and additions to this contract must be mutually agreed and conducted in writing. 3. Contract expires, the two sides could agree to sign an extension or a new contract. 4. Contract expires, if the two parties do not agree otherwise, the contract will automatically liquidated. 5. The contract includes 04 sheets (four sheets), in Vietnamese, divided into 02, each between 01 and have the same legal value
