Conditions for food safety in supermarkets - All food products sold in supermarkets, must originate safety. - All food products sold in supermarkets have labeled as prescribed. No food sold counterfeit, expired use, shoddy food safety food contamination and damage metamorphism. - Must ensure sanitation and food safety of the facility, equipment and tools related to business processing and food in the supermarket. - Employees in food service in the supermarket to have a medical examination, periodic stool at least 1 year 1, with certificates being trained knowledge and ensure food hygiene and safety practice good personal hygiene. - Absolutely no use of additives, preservatives allowed outside the list of the Ministry of Health. - Having adequate storage facilities and comply with food preservation mode. - Must have enough toilets, wash basins for guests. - Planning, arranging in supermarkets must follow industry guidelines, and how each area between food and non-food, food processing areas and the sale of food, cooked food sector and the living, dining and service areas of other areas. - The catering services must ensure the hygienic conditions as stipulated in Article 4 of this Regulation. - Must have enough clean water to use in the supermarket.
