Đại hội đồng cổ đông là cơ quan quyết định cao nhất của Công ty, có thẩm quyền quyết định
các vấn đề:
ƒ Thông qua các báo cáo tài chính hàng năm;
ƒ Phê duyệt kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh hàng năm.
ƒ Mức cổ tức thanh toán hàng năm cho mỗi loại cổ phần; Việc phân phối lợi nhuận sau thuế
hàng năm sau chi trả cổ tức.
ƒ Số lượng thành viên của Hội đồng quản trị;
ƒ Bầu, bãi miễn và thay thế thành viên Hội đồng quản trị và Ban kiểm soát;
ƒ Phê chuẩn việc Hội đồng quản trị bổ nhiệm giám đốc điều hành;
ƒ Bổ sung và sửa đổi điều lệ Công ty;
ƒ Các thẩm quyền khác theo Điều lệ Công ty.
