4. Tư vấn cho khách hàng trong quá trình xây dựng hố thang (nếu có yêu cầu).
5. Cung cấp hồ sơ kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn sử dụng, biên bản kiểm địnhh an toàn (do Trung tâm kiểm định an toàn cấp theo quy định) cho bên A.
6. Hàng hóa phải có chứng nhận CO,CQ chứng nhận xuất xứ.
7. Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn cho bên A lắp đặt gắn điện 3 pha đến phòng kỹ thuật thang máy.
