Kính thưa các anh, các chị! (nếu họ gọi là Ban giám khảo hay hội đồng xét tuyển..... thì cháu kính thưa theo họ)
Em tên là Trần Thanh Tùng, năm nay em 25 tuổi. Em sinh ra và lớn lên tại Hà Nội trong một gia đình lớn với nhiều thế hệ luôn yêu thương, quan tâm, chăm sóc nhau.
Ngay từ bé, em đã ước mơ trở thành tiếp viên hàng không để được học hỏi, giao lưu với nền văn hóa và khoa học kỹ thuật của các nước trên thế giới.
Chính vì vậy em đã nỗ lực học tập và tốt nghiệp Đại học giao thông vận tải; đồng thời em thường xuyên học tập nâng cao kiến thức về kỹ năng mềm như công nghệ thông tin, kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng sống và tiếng anh TOEIC đạt 805 điểm.
Để hiểu biết thêm về ngành dịch vụ phục vụ khách hàng, em đã xin thực tập tại hãng ô tô BMW (là hãng nổi tiếng thế giới về động cơ máy bay và ô tô). Qua thời gian làm việc tại đây, em đã được làm việc với nhiều khách hàng nhờ đó trau dồi thêm về kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và kỹ năng quản lý thời gian.
Hiện tại em đang làm việc tại Toong, nơi có không gian làm việc chung với quy mô lớn đầu tiên tại Việt Nam, là nơi tổ chức các sự kiện phục vụ khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp, nơi giúp em tập sự khởi đầu gắn kết đến ngành dịch vụ hàng không.
Tính cách: cởi mở, nhiệt tình, làm việc có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
Sở thích: du lịch, các môn thể thao ngoài trời như bóng đá, bơi lội.

My name is Tran Thanh Tung, this year 25-year-old brother. I was born and raised in Hanoi in a large family with many generations of loving, concerned, caring together.
As a child, I had dreams of becoming a flight attendant to learn, exchange culture and science and technology of the countries in the world.
that is why I have attempted to study and graduated from the University of transportation; I also regularly study and improve knowledge of soft skills such as information technology, communication skills, life skills and gain 805 points TOEIC English.
To learn more about the service industry serving customers, I did apply for an internship at carmaker BMW (the makers of the world famous aircraft engines and automotive). Over time working here, I have been working with many customers thereby further hone the communication skills, team working skills and time management skills.
Currently I am working in Toong, where there is space to work with the first large scale in Vietnam, which hosted the event to serve customers in a professional manner, which helps you set the beginning mounted air services sector.
