Khách sạn khẳng định lại việc đặt phòng
Sau khi nhận đặt phòng, nhân viên Lễ tân phải khẳng định việc đặt phòng với khách bằng ĐT, thư, Fax, hoặc email theo quy định của khách sạn.

Một số thông tin cần khẳng định:
- Tên khách hàng, địa chỉ, SĐT
- Loại phòng, giá phòng
- Số lượng phòng và số lượng khách.
- Ngày giờ đến và số đêm lưu trú.
- Các yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách.
- Đặt phòng có đảm bảo hay không
- Phương thức thanh toán
- Số đặt phòng (số của phiếu đặt phòng)

After receiving booking, Reception staff had confirmed the booking with the hotel by Tel, mail, fax, or e-mail as provided for by the hotel.

Some of the information should assert:
- customer name, address, phone number
- type of rooms, rates
- number of rooms and number of guests.
- Date and time of arrival and number of nights stay.
- the special requirements of customers.
- Reservation guarantee or non
- payment methods
- the booking (booking number of votes)
