(1) Các Bên có trách nhiệm phải bảo

(1) Các Bên có trách nhiệm phải bảo mật tất cả những thông tin mà mình nhận được từ Bên kia trong suốt thời hạn và sau khi hết hạn của Hợp đồng này và phải thực hiện mọi biện pháp cần thiết duy trì tính bảo mật của thông tin này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

(1) the parties have the duty to confidentiality all the information that I received from the other party during the term and after the expiration of this agreement and to perform all the necessary measures to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

(1) The Parties have a responsibility to secure all the information that I received from the other Party during the term and after the expiration of this Agreement and shall take all measures necessary to maintain security of this information.
